pocophone accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are subject to verification and may be delayed or declined if they trigger our fraud detection or anti-money laundering systems.
pocophone does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted. Any funds deposited via an unauthorized payment method may be returned and the associated account suspended.

Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

pocophone's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pocophone account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pocophone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, pocophone will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and pocophone, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, pocophone's internal dispute resolution process shall be the first point of escalation. Decisions made by pocophone following a good-faith internal review shall be considered final unless overturned by a competent Philippine court or regulatory authority.
